Let The Horses Guide You
Where horse wisdom and intuition guides transformation
A Different Kind of Transformation
With the guidance of horses and intuitive coaching, I help women come home to their truth, rebuild their confidence, and create real, lasting change; online or in person in Orange County, California.
Meet Mary Ellen
I'm a certified Equus Coach passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves through the honest, reflective presence of horses.
I believe lasting transformation begins with self-awareness. Horses have an extraordinary way of revealing the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape how we move through life. Through horse-guided coaching, I create a space for you to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Because sometimes the greatest transformation begins with simply seeing yourself clearly.
What is Transformational Equus Coaching?
Transformational Equus Coaching is a unique blend of conversation and horse-guided
experiences that helps you better understand yourself. As we explore your goals and challenges, the horses often reveal patterns and perspectives that are difficult to recognize through conversation alone.

Meet My Healing Herd
Pax and Sedona are my beloved senior Arabian horses and trusted partners in every coaching session. Pax is steady, gentle, and endlessly patient, while Sedona is curious, expressive, and always keeps us honest. Together, their unique personalities create a calm, welcoming space where meaningful conversations unfold and deeper self-awareness naturally begins.
